Our Integration Coach
I’m Lenna and my role as a coach is to help you get the most out of your experience at Sanctum. Believe it or not, your experience starts the moment you decide to explore your own consciousness. From the moment you say ‘yes’, your subconscious gets busy preparing, organising, and sifting through the archives of your life in order to show you exactly what you need to see during your session.
Although this process will happen automatically and unconsciously, you do have the choice to actively participate. Working with an integration coach in the days/week/months leading up to your session is the best way to give yourself a head start and get the most out of your journey.
Some topics we might cover in our preparation sessions:
- Setting intentions & Managing expectations
- Navigation skills
- Bringing awareness to resistance
- Somatic sensations & release
- Clearing fear/anxiety with EFT (emotional freedom technique)
- Unpacking the past
- Acute integration (the days after your session)
The next part of your journey is called the Integration phase. After you’ve had your session, you might wonder “Now what?!”
You’ve likely experienced many abstract and possibly confusing things and are wondering how to make meaning from it all. During our sessions you will have a welcoming and compassionate space to unpack and explore the insights from your journey. Together we will pull out the themes and insights following the threads to see where they take us. This process looks different for everyone and is completely tailored to you. I offer weekly reflections and homework to help you get the most out of your ‘window for change’ (the time where your brain is more open, and you have the best chance of implementing new ways of thinking/habits/lifestyle changes etc) and to keep momentum going in-between sessions.
